Eighth grader Seymour Shepard placed first place in our school Spelling Bee this past winter. After months of studying and preparation, Seymour attended the West Tennessee Regional Spelling Bee at The University of Memphis. While there, he participated with 60 other mid-south students and made it to the top four of the competition.
