When did I begin working at Christ the King:

The best thing about CTK is: 

  • Everyone who I have met at CTK has shown me such kindness and they've made me feel so welcome.

Educational Background:

  • I graduated from the University of Memphis with my Bachelors in Education.

Favorite Bible verse/quote: 

  • Romans 5: 1-5, "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

If I weren't doing what I do today, I would be a: 

  • I can't imagine doing anything other than working with children, but if I had to do something else, it would probably deal with some form of working outdoors.

What "lesson from mom" do I still live by today?:

  • My mom taught me how to hold my own in the kitchen, and she still continues to teach me whenever she can.

If I could spend a week anywhere in the world, it would be:
